What is deleted
- —Your name, email address and phone number
- —All saved delivery addresses
- —Your shopping bag and wishlist
- —Your newsletter subscription
- —Your login — you will no longer be able to sign in
What is kept, and why
- —Order records — what was bought, for how much, and when
- —Payment references needed to reconcile with Razorpay
- —Invoice totals and tax amounts
Indian tax law requires us to retain books of account for several years after a sale. These records are kept with your name, contact details and delivery address removed, so they can no longer be traced back to you.
