Shipping Policy

At Shades of Linen, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your deliveries across India.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or festive seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. The applicable charge will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. You can also track your order by visiting the "My Orders" section under your account.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails on all attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, a re-shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged for re-dispatch, or a full refund (excluding any applicable charges) will be issued at your request.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeline, please contact us at info@shadesoflinen.com or use the Contact Us page. We will investigate with our courier partner and provide an update within 48 business hours.

International Shipping

At present, Shades of Linen ships within India only. We are working on enabling international orders and will notify our customers when this service becomes available.
