How long does delivery take?

2–3 days from your order, anywhere in India — 4–6 days to Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North East. Outside India, the delivery time is quoted with the shipping charge.

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends on your delivery location and the weight of the order. Within India it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. For orders outside India it is quoted on WhatsApp once your order is placed.

What if the size doesn't fit?

You can exchange it for another size, colour or piece of equal value within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Sale and customised pieces are not exchanged, and shipping both ways is paid by the customer. A defective or wrong item is replaced at our cost.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has a size chart for that piece. If you are between sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your usual size and we will help.

How can I pay?

By UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallet, through Razorpay's secure checkout.

Can I see the clothes before I buy?

Yes. Our store is at D-4 Basement, Abul Fazal Enclave, Thokar no. 3, Okhla, New Delhi, about five minutes from Okhla Vihar metro on the Magenta Line. Open all 7 days, 11:30 AM – 10 PM.

Do you deliver outside India?

Yes. International shipping isn't charged at checkout: after payment you are taken to WhatsApp with your order details and we quote the exact shipping charge for your country.
